Can Pilates be cardio based?
Yes, but only if it’s performed dynamically, like our dynamic class on the Cardio-Tramp® Rebounder that is attached to the Pilates Reformer Apparatus®.
We offer cardio Pilates in a crazy fun class called Cardio Tramp. This is an interval training class on the reformer featuring the STOTT PILATES® jumpboard accessory. This class is Pilates-Infused®, but the focus is on athletic performance and conditioning. You will jump for intervals  of 4-5 minutes, mixed with intervals of upper body strengthening exercises on the reformer.

How many calories can you burn in this class?
Quite a few. Try it, get your calorie counting watches and let us know.

You will work your legs, abs, and upper body hard. Get ready to sweat and be sore the next day.
We still keep the STOTT PILATES® basic principles during this class so make sure you are familiar with our technique. We are quite different from your hard core – boot camp style classes. We will drill you on technique and make sure you are doing things right. We value quality, not quantity.

When do we offer this class?
Keep your eyes on our timetable as we we add more of this fun filled class during the week. We offer Cardio-Tramp® classes even on Saturdays and Sundays. Book ahead of time, as they are popular and get filled up quickly.

How do you find us?
We are located at 64 Porchester Road W2 6ET inside the Bootcamp building. Our beautiful studio is on the lower floor. We are exclusive to those who know us, and we run very small classes (5 total) that feel like semi-privates. Join our Sunday classes and feel great!
