“There are not enough stars to rate what Carlo has done for me and my family. Seven years ago I was diagnosed with cancer and had a radiotherapy which damaged my nerve. As a result I was struggling with severe foot drop. Due to chemo drugs I was bed bound all these years and all my muscles were wasted, especially on my right leg. Core Kensington offers exclusive, small Pilates classes that feel like semi-privates.

Only up to 5 participants per equipment class with top of the line STOTT PILATES® reformers.

We are not a membership studio. We operate on appointments, classes and drop-in basis.

Our dedicated team is comprised of only fully qualified, certified STOTT PILATES® instructors who can deliver premium Pilates with sound fitness results.

You can train with us on:
Mondays-Thursdays: 6:30am-9:00pm
Fridays: 6:30am-7:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am-3:00pm
Sundays: 9:00am-2:30pm
